One hundred years ago, in the Chinese village, Dutch territory. There was three Amoy that very famous across the country.

A Chot find Iva (Trio Macan) virgin with a birthmarks, a woman should he marry to end the curse. Unfortunately, Iva actually secretly had a love with A yang, poor man works for her father. On the night they plan to elope, A Chot came to ask Iva's father for pay his debt. For paying the debt, Iva willingly surrendered and was married to A Chot. But when A Chot enter into the bridal room, A Chot was surprised, Iva has gone.

Between life and death, Iva helped by Lia and Chaca (Trio Macan). She was taken back to their workplace and work there, an entertainment home, Madame Nyongs Health Spa. While Iva hid there, she trained to become a compelling Lady Escort, but deadly.

Iva promise to keep her virginity only for A Yang. Together with Lia and Chaca, Iva uses her Kung-Fu to help the weak and protect her from the hands visitor of the home entertainment. Trio Macan legend begins.

Imlek is coming, A Chot will be midget forever if he had not managed to find and marry Iva. In order to save his father and A Yang, Iva assisted by Lia and Chaca had to face A Chot and themagic fingers from Biji Maut martial art college.
